One-Time Engineering Builds (Milestone Protection)
For one-time builds (Website Dev & CRO, App Development, UX/UI Design, Product Development, and AI Voice/Lead/n8n Setup), if you cancel prior to the kickoff architecture handoff, 100% of your deposit is refunded. Once engineering milestones begin, refunds are prorated against completed and delivered milestones.
Monthly Retainers (Zero Lock-In Cancellation)
Monthly growth retainers (SEO, GEO, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, AI Content Engine, and monthly AI maintenance) require no multi-month lock-in. You may cancel or pause your upcoming billing cycle at any time with 7 calendar days' written notice prior to renewal.
Deliverable SLA Guarantee
Every tier in Service Catalog v3 specifies exact deliverables (e.g., number of pages optimized, articles published, ad creatives tested, or workflows deployed). If Tiyan Digital fails to deliver an agreed scope item within the billing cycle and does not cure it within 10 business days, you receive a 100% credit or refund for the undelivered item.
Third-Party Media Spend & API Usage
Direct advertising budgets paid to Meta Platforms or TikTok and wholesale telecom/LLM usage billed directly by third-party providers (Twilio, OpenAI, Anthropic, Vapi, Retell, cloud hosts) are governed by those providers' respective billing policies and are non-refundable through Tiyan Digital.
